Catoosa Citizens for Literacy located in the Learning Center provides free on-site childcare and free transportation to and from GED® classes for residents in Catoosa County.  The $160 GED® testing fee is also provided for all Catoosa residents who attend classes and stay enrolled until the instructors determine the student is prepared to pass the test. In addition, college scholarships are available to assist students who have received their GED®.

Catoosa Citizens for Literacy offers a reading program for those unable to read or who read at low-grade levels. Tutors work privately or in small group settings with students. The program is free.
